Do you need my current supplier's name?
No. We need the spec, your unit price and terms, and your quantity.
What counts as cheaper?
A written quote at least 5% below your current unit price for the same spec, the same quantity and the same terms. If none of the three meets that, you get a full refund.
Do factories pay you?
No. You pay us, and we take no commission, rebate or markup from any factory.
My product is custom. Can you still quote it?
Yes, if you send drawings or detailed photos. If we cannot match the spec, we tell you before you pay.
Who handles samples and production?
You order directly from the factory. If you want help with samples, inspection or logistics, that is a separate written scope through Work with us.
