These terms cover use of the public Atom Seller website. They are not a client contract, and they do not by themselves create a client, agency, supplier, partnership, fiduciary, employment, or financing relationship.
Engagements
Any engagement begins only under a separately agreed written scope. Descriptions of project fees and supply commission on the site are indicative. Final commercial terms require that written agreement.
Case material
Case material on the site may include public observations, third-party estimates, anonymized operating work, inference, and explicitly identified unknowns. Third-party estimates are not confirmed brand revenue or profit.
No outcome guarantee
Atom Seller does not guarantee Amazon sales, rank, ACOS, conversion, profitability, inventory outcome, or any other business result. Amazon, suppliers, and the market remain outside a page on this website.
Use of the site
You may read the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy it in a way that suggests you are Atom Seller, and you may not scrape it in a way that disrupts the service. The text, charts, and layout are Atom Seller’s unless a source label says otherwise.
